Timmy (commonly known as Timgus) is a trained actuary by day and coffee connoisseur all the time in between his professional job. His most followed subreddit threads are r/espresso and r/nfl. He loves tasting the different flavors of coffee beans and figuring out the best grind settings to bring out the best flavors in the coffee beans. He loves talking about coffee to anyone willing to listen. Don’t talk to him for too long otherwise, he will manage to convince you to get set up at home.

Linh loves serving people, whether it be at her two Mi-Sant restaurants or behind Cafe Gus. She loves keeping busy and enjoys the chaos of the entrepreneur life but welcomes the slowness of simply watching the autumn leaves fall and sipping on a hot cup of coffee.
